ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! We started our backyard project a year-ago - a long overdue make-over. We had a structure built by the pool but could not figure out a cost effective solution to the direct sunlight...until we were introduced to M&M, specifically Justin. Justin came highly recommended by our landscape designer and contractors. They were both 100% right. Justin came to our house to see first hand our desired goal. Justin was super transparent and very clear not to mention very helpful on design, color and patterns. We signed up for 3 sided roll-down automatic shades. From start to finish, our experience with M&M Sign & Awning was terrific. Their staff are professional and courteous. We met with them at their showroom and were given a tour of their facility and their products, which are extensive. They asked many questions and gave us great guidance as to the best choice for our needs. We were kept informed every step of the way, and when it came time for installation everything went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and recommend them highly!

We recently had our awning installed by M&M Awnings. We had a great experience every step of the way. Justin was prompt, polite, and gave us an estimate right away. He explained the process and gave us a timeline for completion which was accurate. Even though we made some modifications in the design the final cost was exactly what Justin quoted us. Mike came out to do the final measurements and design and returned for the installation with his crew. They did a fantastic job on the installation and completely cleaned up when they were finished. Everyone at the company that we dealt with were professional and extremely patient with all of our questions and requests. Both Justin and Mike were very easy to deal with. It’s a pleasure when you purchase something and it completely meets your expectations. Both my wife and I would highly recommend them for your project.

I did my homework, got three estimates for a new awning and chose M & M Awnings to do the job. There were several things which made me choose M & M: prompt follow up with me, home visit by the Mike the owner to inspect the job and follow up personally with an estimate, he answered all of my questions, the price point was right on and the install was seamless and the installers were friendly and professional. We've used M&M Awning for our various commercial locations over the years. Installation is always prompt, professional and clean. The awnings themselves are beautiful and durable. We recently had them replace the awning at our corporate offices purchased from them almost a decade ago not because there was anything wrong with the Awning but because we were updating our logo and colors. I truly could not be more pleased. Customer service is clearly number one with this company. So worth paying what is overall not a lot more than buying a ready made awning then having to figure out the install. I have custom awnings that are highest quality with a professional install.
